Another little taster for you knitters…a card showing two of the new stamps
from Woodware out in January!
The Woodware punch with multiple shapes.
The shapes punch out much larger than the
image on the front of the punch.
My finished piece. I did paint another background and used the lime green,
white and turquoise paints.
My first attempt showing a mix of
colours on the white paper.
Then I changed my mind and just
used the lime green and turquoise
on another page for my masterpiece above!
Yummy colours of 'dylusions' paints and large
daubers at the ready.
The book from where I took my inspiration.
This picture shows the stages from basic drawing on the left
to a finished heart on the right.
Heres the stamp and the little shrink plastic dove, soooo cute!
Using stamp set JGS177. Embossed in gold.
The background stamp is JGS317.
The same stamp JGS177 but stamped onto shrink plastic, its so cute!
The greeting from JGS551.
Using stamp set JGS321. The background text
is from JGS319
The liquid pearls in gold added a nice finishing touch
A close up showing the text used to make the background
The selection of products used to decorate my mask
My finished card.
Daubers and paints to colour a piece of white card to
create my, dune and sky.
My finished background
Add some brown paint to a tile and cut up some card
into different lengths
Dip the edge of the card into the paint.....
.....and touch the edge onto the painted
Using a shorter length of card and curving it to give
the grass the impression its being blown by the wind.
Next add some green paint in the same way.
Work in progress.
Dab on some blobs of yellow paint
Draw in some seagulls with a black 01 Micron pen
Dab on some yellow with a large dauber to create a sun.
Add a greeting suitable for the image. This is JGCL575.
